Respecterre
In 1995, young people from the
Ecological City in Ham-Nord got together to create an enterprise in
the clothing industry, Hightex SNC. The young company tried out
different styles and worked pretty hard to make a name for itself as
a conscientious contractor.
With time, Hightex has come to stand
out as a reliable company for the quality of its work. It now gives
jobs to approximately 30 employees in the area. Being aware of the
great gap in the system in which they have to work and of the
problems affecting our Planet, the members of Hightex decided to
mobilize their resources in producing their own line of Responsable,
Fair trade and Organic clothing so that they could proudly contribute
to building a world of hope for the children of tomorrow.
